Location: Remote

Salary: $94,000–$106,000 per year, plus an annual discretionary bonus.

Mosaic Clinical Technologies develops an AI-native, cloud-based medical imaging platform that supports radiology workflows, clinical decision-making, operational efficiency, and continuity of care.

What you will do

• Lead integrated communications strategies supporting product innovation, operational initiatives, and organizational growth.
• Translate complex product, AI, clinical workflow, and technology concepts into clear communications for different audiences.
• Partner with senior leaders and product, clinical, technology, and operations teams on executive messaging, product announcements, presentations, and strategic communications.
• Develop communication plans, content, toolkits, and launch materials for product releases, workflow changes, technology adoption, and organizational initiatives.
• Use AI-enabled tools, engagement data, and stakeholder feedback to improve communications strategy, content development, and rollout effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
• 6–8 years of relevant communications experience.
• Experience supporting product launches, software releases, workflow changes, technology adoption, or complex change communications.
• Ability to explain technical, clinical, and operational information clearly to diverse audiences and senior leaders.
• Experience using AI-enabled tools for content development, workflow efficiency, message testing, communications planning, and analytics.
• Strong strategic thinking, executive presence, written and verbal communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills; approximately 15% travel required.
