What you will do
- Develop product vision for new AI-driven logistics offerings through user research, onsite observation, and customer feedback.
- Write detailed product requirements, narratives, and technical specifications.
- Lead the development and implementation of AI agents in collaboration with engineering, product design, and data science.
- Oversee initial customer implementations and create plans for scalable deployment, self-onboarding, and self-service support.
- Partner with founders and the commercial organization on go-to-market strategy and pricing.
Requirements
- 6+ years of product management or related industry experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, analytics, mathematics, physics, applied sciences, or a related field.
- Experience building software products for complex industries with a physical layer, preferably logistics, freight brokerage, shipping, or warehouse technology.
- Experience working in technical, cross-functional environments to define product vision, requirements, and milestones.
- Strong leadership, organization, execution, communication, prioritization, and adaptability skills.
Nice to have
- Experience building AI agentic applications.
- Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, Llama, Cartesia, ElevenLabs, or other leading language and voice models.
- Master’s-level education or experience in engineering or computer science.
- Experience with machine learning, operations research, optimization, large software systems, pricing algorithms, logistics, or fulfillment.
- Rich GitHub, hackathon, or other evidence of building software.
