Senior Product Manager (AI)

Location: Mexico City, Mexico — Hybrid

hirify.global is a fast-growing Series B fintech platform providing buy-now-pay-later payment solutions for consumers and merchants in Mexico.

What you will do

• Own the AI roadmap across consumer products, merchant products, and internal tools.
• Lead the end-to-end delivery of AI-powered features, including smarter onboarding, decisioning, and personalized user flows.
• Build internal AI tools such as automated workflows, intelligent processing systems, and AI copilots for Risk, Operations, and Product.
• Define requirements for AI platform capabilities, including RAG pipelines, orchestration layers, evaluation frameworks, and safety controls.
• Partner with Risk and Data Science on use cases for approval rates, fraud detection, and collections.
• Establish AI evaluation standards, responsible-use guidelines, and build-versus-buy frameworks while growing an AI product team over time.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, including hands-on experience shipping agentic products to production.
• Experience building and shipping AI-powered products end to end, with direct work on APIs, prompt pipelines, evaluations, and model outputs.
• Understanding of LLM systems, including context, tokens, latency, cost, and hallucinations, as well as production-grade AI quality and verification.
• SQL and Python proficiency, with the ability to prototype independently.
• Strong prioritization, written communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills across Engineering, Data Science, Design, and business stakeholders.
• English proficiency is required; communication is bilingual.
