Product Manager (AI Legal Tech)

What you will do

• Own a core product area from strategy and prioritization through shipping, adoption, and measurable customer outcomes.
• Work directly with patent attorneys and in-house IP counsel through discovery calls, design partnerships, and on-site sessions.
• Translate complex patent workflows, including Office Action responses, claim charting, SEP analysis, and invalidity contentions, into scalable software.
• Design, test, and iterate on LLM prompts and AI agents to deliver accurate, citation-backed, and legally sound results.
• Define and improve metrics covering activation, adoption, retention, and customer outcomes.
• Maintain rapid delivery while protecting enterprise-grade accuracy, auditability, and security.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience with demonstrated impact on adoption, revenue, retention, or efficiency.
• Experience shipping B2B workflow software used daily by customers.
• Hands-on experience with prompt engineering, evaluations, or production LLM-powered features.
• Knowledge of LLMs, retrieval, and agent architectures, with the ability to stay current with advances in the field.
• Experience building vertical AI products for technical, regulated, or expert-user domains.
• Strong customer focus, ownership, judgment under ambiguity, and bias toward shipping and learning.
