Product Manager - AI Agents (Healthcare)

Location: Bengaluru, India; hybrid office presence required at least three days per week on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday

What you will do

• Create and execute the product roadmap and strategy for key product lines.
• Analyze customer workflows, identify product gaps, and generate ideas that improve customer experience and growth.
• Build alignment around product vision with internal teams and external partners.
• Develop pricing and positioning strategies and translate product strategy into requirements and prototypes.
• Prioritize initiatives by business and customer impact while working closely with engineering on delivery.
• Lead product launches, customer feedback activities, product advocacy, and product success metrics.

Requirements

• 3–8 years of experience in a product role.
• Experience building products cross-functionally with engineering, analytics, marketing, design, and other stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate customer challenges precisely.
• Strong empathy for end users and the ability to understand workflows and pain points deeply.
• Ability to turn incomplete, conflicting, or ambiguous inputs into clear action plans.
• A proactive, outcome-focused approach to product and team success.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI/LLM products or B2B SaaS.
• Previous experience as a software developer, engineering manager, or architect.
• Computer science or engineering background.
