Operations Specialist (AI Healthcare)

Salary: $65,000–$85,000 per year, plus equity

What you will do

• Own operational delivery for assigned partner medical groups and act as the primary operations point of contact.
• Support workflow rollouts and implementation of new product lines.
• Process and verify patient and practice data through internal systems with high accuracy and speed.
• Identify discrepancies, edge cases, and workflow issues, resolving or escalating them to maintain platform reliability.
• Improve operational processes by reducing manual work and increasing workflow efficiency.
• Collaborate with Central Operations, Engineering, and Customer teams to surface issues and improve the platform.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic track record or equivalent high-achievement experience.
• Ability to learn new systems, tools, and workflows quickly.
• High attention to detail while maintaining execution speed and accuracy.
• Ownership mindset, problem-solving ability, and strong written and verbal communication.
• Comfort working in ambiguity and adapting to a fast-growing startup environment.
