Deployment Operations Manager (AI)

Location: Hybrid in New York City, with in-person collaboration at the office 3+ days per week and flexibility to work remotely

Salary: $70,000–$90,000 base salary plus equity

What you will do

• Build and configure customer workflows using digital forms, automations, and process logic.
• Partner with Deployment Strategists to translate implementation requirements into accurate, scalable product configurations.
• Provide live chat support through Intercom and troubleshoot customer and user issues.
• Iterate on workflows based on customer feedback and product usage after launch.
• Identify recurring issues, edge cases, and implementation inefficiencies, then provide feedback to Product and Engineering.
• Help create deployment systems and playbooks that make implementations faster, more consistent, and scalable.

Requirements

• 0–3+ years of experience in fast-paced environments such as startups, operations, or consulting.
• Strong attention to detail and execution focus, with the ability to turn ambiguous problems into structured solutions.
• Fast learning ability, strong problem-solving instincts, and a bias toward action.
• Comfort working directly with customers and navigating real-world complexity.
• High agency, strong work ethic, and motivation to improve government services.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup with regular presence at the New York City office.
