New Graduate Customer Strategy and Operations (AI)

Location: Denver, San Francisco, or New York; 4 days in-office and 1 day remote. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Salary: $90,000–$110,000 base salary per year, plus equity.

Candid Health builds software using data science and AI to automate medical billing complexity and help healthcare providers get paid faster.

What you will do

• Own a portfolio of healthcare provider accounts and drive retention, expansion, and customer success.
• Analyze claims data to identify denials, revenue leakage, root causes, and corrective actions.
• Lead end-to-end customer implementations, including workflow mapping, platform configuration, internal coordination, and go-live.
• Partner with Product and Forward Deployed Engineering to develop product features, workflow automations, and AI agents.
• Communicate with customers as their primary strategic partner through calls, writing, and in-person meetings.
• Build scalable SOPs, templates, playbooks, and processes while collaborating with RCM, Support, Product, Design, Engineering, and Sales.

Requirements

• Graduation in fall 2026 or spring 2027, or recent graduation, with a Bachelor's degree.
• Demonstrated ownership of outcomes through internships, research, clubs, athletics, entrepreneurial work, or employment.
• Analytical approach and enthusiasm for working with data and drawing insights.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in writing, on calls, and in group settings.
• Builder mindset, coachability, introspection, and resilience when handling difficult problems.
• Comfort using AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or Copilot; healthcare experience is not required.

Nice to have

• Healthcare experience or academic exposure to healthcare, data science, economics, finance, engineering, public policy, or related fields.
