TL;DR
Deployment Strategist (AI) (Healthcare AI/LLM): Architecting and implementing healthcare AI agent deployments from customer scoping through integration, launch, and optimization with an accent on clinical workflows, prompt configuration, and reliable data flows. Focus on translating ambiguous requirements into agent designs, coordinating integrations with engineering, and using performance analytics to improve measurable clinical outcomes.
Location: On-site in Minneapolis, MN, five days per week at the client site; occasional travel to the Hippocratic AI headquarters in Menlo Park, CA.

What you will do
- Scope customer workflows, define agent use cases, and identify integration touchpoints.
- Design agent workflows, select tools, configure prompts and behaviors, and validate functionality.
- Lead technical and operational deployment discussions, explain trade-offs, and manage customer expectations.
- Develop implementation timelines, coordinate with engineering, track milestones, and escalate blockers.
- Define data requirements and integration workflows to ensure reliable data exchange with customer systems.
- Monitor post-launch agent performance, analyze usage patterns, and drive continuous optimization.
Requirements
- 5+ years of technical experience in software engineering, cloud architecture, systems design, or technical consulting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate ambiguous customer needs into clear technical requirements.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences and understand underlying customer needs.
- Experience scoping work, estimating timelines, managing dependencies, and communicating project status.
- Ability to work on-site in Minneapolis, MN five days per week.
Nice to have
- Healthcare domain expertise, including clinical workflows, EHR systems, or FHIR.
- Experience with AI/ML orchestration, prompt engineering, or LLM-powered applications.
- Healthcare IT experience, including EHR integrations, healthcare data pipelines, or clinical informatics.
- Experience building tools for complex, regulated environments.
