AI Engineer (AI Workflow Orchestration): Building robust, scalable end-to-end AI workflows and taking them to production for enterprise and public-sector customers with an accent on data processing pipelines, analytics, and high-performing software solutions. Focus on designing customer workflows, integrating AI/ML technologies and data storage systems, and solving complex engineering challenges across prototypes and production infrastructure.
Location: On-site at the New York City office; applicants must be U.S. citizens or nationals or lawful permanent residents.
Salary: $145,000–$200,000 annually plus equity.

What you will do
- Build end-to-end customer AI workflows and take them into production.
- Develop innovative, scalable, and high-performing software solutions.
- Solve real-world customer problems using AI workflows, data processing pipelines, and analytics tools.
- Create prototypes with sales and marketing to shape product and infrastructure roadmaps.
- Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders and support client-site travel when needed.
Requirements
- 5+ years of engineering experience delivering production AI workflows.
- Experience with AI/ML tools, data processing pipelines, and advanced analytics.
- Strong programming skills in Python, Java, TypeScript, JavaScript, or similar languages.
- Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases, embeddings, and data storage solutions.
- Knowledge of software development best practices, Git, automated testing, and CI/CD.
- U.S. citizenship, U.S. nationality, or lawful permanent residency is required.
