Senior Product Designer (AI)

Location: New York, NY; on-site

Salary: $195K–$350K annually, plus equity

hirify.global is building an AI-native platform that helps brands run creator-led advertising campaigns through sourcing, pricing, contracting, delivery, and measurement.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end product design across marketplace discovery, campaign analytics, and creator experiences.
• Develop high-fidelity designs and prototypes for intuitive, polished product experiences.
• Collaborate on design language, reusable patterns, and scalable design systems.
• Partner with engineering, product, and growth teams to shape product strategy and vision.
• Establish design best practices, tools, and processes as an early member of the design team.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in product design, ideally at design-forward companies.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design thinking and shipped work with measurable impact.
• Expertise in Figma or similar modern design tools.
• Deep understanding of UX, interaction design, and visual design principles.
• Ability to simplify complex workflows, communicate product concepts clearly, and collaborate closely with engineers and product managers.
• Comfort with autonomous ownership, rapid iteration, usability testing, and data-driven insights.

Nice to have

• Experience in fast-paced startup environments or 0-to-1 product teams.
