Senior Product Designer (AI)

Location: San Francisco, hybrid

Salary: $175,000–$200,000 per year, plus equity

What you will do

• Own end-to-end product design, from shaping roadmap decisions and defining core experiences to shipping production-ready solutions.
• Design AI-native experiences for internal operators, clinic staff, and patients across multiple touchpoints.
• Partner with Engineering, Product, and go-to-market leadership to turn ambiguous problems into clear, high-quality solutions.
• Use product experience as a growth lever, influencing user growth, conversion, retention, and expansion ARR.
• Leverage, maintain, and scale the design system across products and establish company-wide UI/UX quality standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing and shipping production-ready digital products.
• Experience designing for multiple personas and surfaces, ideally in complex, high-stakes AI-driven products.
• A portfolio showing systems thinking, complete user flows, edge cases, component architecture, and interaction design.
• Ability to lead through ambiguity, make confident decisions, iterate quickly, seek feedback, and hand off designs precisely.
• Deep Figma fluency, including extensive use of auto-layout and components.
• Fluency with AI tools in research, storytelling, UI copy, and other design workflows.

Nice to have

• Startup experience, especially as an early design hire or founding designer.
• Design engineering experience, including maintaining design systems or building and shipping front-end UI.
• Experience with vibe-coding and prototyping tools such as Figma Make and Cursor.
