Managing Director, Nordics

Location: Stockholm, Sweden; responsibility for the Nordic business across Sweden and Norway.

What you will do

• Own the full P&L for Sweden and Norway, including revenue, market contribution, and EBITDA targets.
• Drive growth across advertising, sponsorships, branded content, omni-channel campaigns, live events, merchandise, and video.
• Define and execute the regional strategy, develop creator and podcast partnerships, and support market expansion.
• Lead and develop a cross-functional regional management team spanning Sales, Content, Creative, and PR & Marketing.
• Represent the business with media agencies, brands, creators, and the press while overseeing strategic PR and investor-relations communications.
• Provide executive oversight for regional facilities, studio infrastructure, real estate optimization, budgeting, and headcount planning.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Country Manager, Managing Director, or senior leader with full P&L ownership.
• Experience leading across multiple Nordic markets and understanding their commercial and cultural differences.
• Background in media, digital advertising, content, or the creator economy, preferably in a global publicly listed company.
• Demonstrated success in business development, restructuring, or business growth initiatives.
• Strong commercial, financial analysis, forecasting, media-market, and matrix-organisation leadership skills.
• Fluency in English is required; Swedish or Norwegian is a strong advantage.
