What you will do

• Manage portfolio of acquired companies aligned with Vesta's strategy.
• Support portfolio companies in commercial growth initiatives.
• Coach local managing directors in best practices and domain mastery.
• Lead cross-functional work streams with local and global executives.
• Originate deals by networking, analyzing targets, and preparing proposals.
• Shape portfolio development, build deal pipelines, and support M&A negotiations.

Requirements

• Fluent in Hungarian and English (spoken and written)
• University degree; MBA an asset; 5-10 years experience in management and M&A/transactions.
• Experience with software/technology; track record in operational improvements and leadership.
• Strong analytical, project management, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Profound M&A knowledge (negotiation, due diligence, financials, valuations).
