Country Director Germany (Fixed Term Employment 1 year)

Location: Hybrid in Cologne, Germany; expected to work from the Cologne office at least 3 days per week.

What you will do

• Drive the deployment and strategic scaling of the German fast-charging network.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and improve workflows, station uptime, and customer experience.
• Grow revenue, customer acquisition, brand visibility, partnerships, and market share across B2B and B2C offerings.
• Manage pricing, business models, costs, revenue, and the financial health of the German market.
• Represent hirify.global Germany with government bodies, stakeholders, media, and internal decision-makers.
• Execute the German strategy while leading workforce planning, recruitment, development, and communication between local and global teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience in comparable senior management roles in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong commercial background across B2B and B2C markets.
• Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Professional communication skills in both English and German are required.
• Passion for sustainability and the transition to electric mobility.
• Availability to work onsite in the Cologne office at least 3 days per week.
