Managing Director – Europe

What you will do

• Establish and lead hirify.global’s European beekeeping activity from the ground up.
• Develop and execute the regional business strategy with company leadership.
• Build relationships and strategic partnerships with commercial beekeepers, growers, and agricultural organizations.
• Establish the regional operational and commercial infrastructure as the activity grows.
• Oversee partnerships, sales processes, customer success, and market implementation.
• Build and lead the regional team and represent hirify.global at industry events and professional forums.

Requirements

• Significant leadership experience in agriculture, agtech, or related industries.
• Strong background in business management and agricultural operations.
• Experience launching business activity in new markets and leading complex commercial initiatives.
• Familiarity with the beekeeping ecosystem.
• Fluency in Spanish and English required.
• Willingness to travel frequently across Europe.

Nice to have

• Direct experience in commercial beekeeping operations.
• Experience working with growers, agricultural cooperatives, or farming organizations.
• Experience leading regional expansion or market entry in Europe.
• Additional European languages.
