Base salary: $120,000–$170,000 per year, plus equity and benefits.

Company

hirify.global develops autonomous spacecraft, advanced payloads, mission software, and space-based interceptors for U.S. and allied space-security missions.

What you will do

  • Develop and maintain demand signals across multiple programs, aligning customer demand, production capacity, and material availability.
  • Own the Sales & Operations Planning process and facilitate demand-review meetings with Program Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain.
  • Translate program requirements into production plans, work-order releases, and material-demand signals.
  • Identify scheduling conflicts, capacity constraints, and material shortages, using data-driven trade-off analysis to keep programs on track.
  • Coordinate long-lead and critical-path materials with Procurement and Supply Chain teams.
  • Build scheduling metrics, KPIs, dashboards, scenario analyses, and process improvements, including ERP/MRP optimization and workflow automation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of relevant demand-planning or master-scheduling experience.
  • Experience developing demand plans or production schedules in aerospace, defense, or complex manufacturing.
  • Deep experience with ERP/MRP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar, including MRP logic, work-order management, and capacity planning.
  • Strong proficiency in S&OP and cross-functional demand planning.
  • Experience scheduling hardware with long-lead components, high configurability, or low-rate production.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and scheduling tools such as MS Project or similar, together with strong analytical, communication, prioritization, and organizational skills.

Nice to have

  • Space-technology or launch-vehicle manufacturing supply chain or scheduling experience.
  • APICS CPIM or CSCP certification, or certification in progress.
  • Scheduling experience in propulsion, structures, power systems, avionics, or integration and test operations.
  • Experience in a high-growth manufacturing environment or new-program setup.

Culture & Benefits

  • Health, dental, vision, and HRA/HSA options.
  • Paid time off and holidays, 401(k), and parental leave.
  • Equity participation.
  • Work focused on securing the space environment through autonomous spacecraft, advanced payloads, mission software, and space-based interceptors.

Hiring process

  • The position remains open until successfully filled.
  • U.S. export-control eligibility is required: candidates must be U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents, protected individuals, or eligible to obtain the required U.S. Department of State authorizations.
