Dispatch Agent (Logistics)

Location: Remote from Argentina, Brazil, Mexico, or Colombia

What you will do

• Monitor delayed and failed deliveries and take immediate corrective action.
• Coordinate with drivers and third-party delivery partners through company portals and internal dashboards.
• Use HubSpot, Slack, email, and phone to communicate updates and follow up on delivery issues.
• Identify systemic operational issues and escalate them to the appropriate teams.
• Maintain detailed records, collect evidence, and document issue resolution.
• Share insights and action items with other teams to improve delivery processes.

Requirements

• Previous dispatch or logistics coordination experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment such as food delivery.
• Proficiency with delivery portals, internal dashboards, HubSpot, Slack, and other cloud-based tools.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve delayed or failed deliveries.
• Strong written and verbal English skills are required.
• Accurate documentation and analysis skills with strong attention to detail.
• Must be equipped to work remotely from Argentina, Brazil, Mexico, or Colombia.
