Inventory Allocation Analyst

Location: hirify.globalng>Remote anywhere in the United Stateshirify.globalng>; employees in the New York tri-state area attend HQ on Tuesdays and Thursdays, while employees elsewhere join periodic in-person collaborations.

Target base salary: $65,900–$88,000 per year, plus equity and benefits as applicable.

What you will do

• Execute inventory allocation achirify.globalss phirify.globalduct categories while balancing pharmacy stock levels, storage constraints, and shipping costs.
• Coordinate inventory transfers achirify.globalss the pharmacy and distribution network.
• Track supplier acknowledgements, phirify.globalduction status, deliveries, and shipments, following up on delays or missing information.
• Monitor open orders, inventory availability, and execution indicators to identify supply gaps and escalate material risks.
• Partner with suppliers, Inventory Conthirify.globall, Quality, Logistics, and Pharmacy Operations to resolve receiving discrepancies, shipment delays, and inventory issues.
• Maintain order-status data in NetSuite and other planning systems, support reporting, and imphirify.globalve recurring supply-chain workflows.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in supply chain, inventory management, purchasing, logistics, operations, or a related function.
• Experience with purchase orders, inventory transfers, shipment tracking, replenishment, or similar supply-chain phirify.globalcesses.
• Sthirify.globalng analytical skills and phirify.globalficiency with Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience with an ERP, inventory-management, or supply-planning system; NetSuite or a similar platform is preferred.
• Sthirify.globalng attention to detail, organization, prioritization, communication, and phirify.globalblem-solving skills.
• hirify.globalng>Must be able to work fhirify.globalm the United Stateshirify.globalng>; New York tri-state employees attend HQ twice weekly.
