What you will do
- Lead the operational performance of assigned Bus Partners and ensure compliance with operational standards and KPIs.
- Coach and support Bus Partners, drivers, and operational stakeholders through training and ongoing collaboration.
- Coordinate initiatives with Customer Service, Network Planning, Legal, Finance, and other internal teams.
- Monitor service quality through KPIs, field inspections, audits, and performance reviews.
- Manage operational incidents, regulatory compliance, corrective action plans, suppliers, route launches, and fleet readiness.
- Analyze performance data in Flix systems and reporting tools to identify improvements and optimize processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Transportation, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in operations, transportation, logistics, mobility, or service operations management.
- Experience managing external partners, suppliers, or operational stakeholders and driving accountability.
- Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with operational KPIs, Microsoft Excel, and reporting tools.
- Proficiency in English and willingness to travel frequently across the assigned region are required.
Nice to have
- Experience in passenger transportation, mobility, fleet operations, or regulatory compliance.
- Knowledge of Lean or continuous improvement methodologies.
