Supply Chain Manager

What you will do

• Create and communicate strategic supply plans aligned with demand forecasts, inventory targets, and business objectives.
• Manage supplier forecasts, commitments, availability, shortage recovery, and factory execution risks.
• Analyze inventory health, turns, weeks of supply, excess and obsolete inventory, aged inventory, liability exposure, and supply coverage.
• Develop inventory strategies for new product introductions, sustaining products, and end-of-life transitions.
• Build executive dashboards and reports covering supply performance, inventory health, risks, and opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with Supply Planning, Procurement, Product Operations, Finance, manufacturing partners, Logistics, and suppliers.

Requirements

• 8–12 years of experience in supply chain, supply planning, inventory management, supplier management, factory execution, or contract manufacturing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Operations, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Advanced knowledge of inventory management, supply planning, forecasting, production scheduling, and supplier management.
• Experience with complex global supply chains, contract manufacturers, EMS partners, OEMs, or sub-tier suppliers.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, communication, organizational, and project management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and enterprise planning systems; familiarity with ERP/MRP, SAP or Oracle, SAP IBP, Tableau, Power BI, SQL, or comparable tools.

Nice to have

• APICS or ASCM certification.
• Experience improving inventory performance, supply continuity, forecast or supply-plan accuracy, and operational execution.
