What you will do

• Book podcasts and build relationships with journalists, podcast hosts, and culture writers.
• Place press stories and create publicity moments that generate genuine traction.
• Develop campaigns around founders, personalities, stories, and cultural moments.
• Shape narrative, timing, and messaging to make coverage meaningful and widely shared.
• Build visibility for Lotus and its founders from the ground up.

Requirements

• Experience booking podcasts, placing press, and building moments with genuine traction.
• Campaign or culture-side instinct for narrative and timing.
• Current, active relationships across media, podcasts, and culture.
• Strong writing skills and fast execution.
• Ability to operate effectively on a small team and deliver real visibility for founders or personalities.
