Generalist

Location: Remote; strong preference for Stockholm, Sweden, with possible relocation from elsewhere in Europe. In-person meetups take place for approximately one week each quarter. Synchronous work is expected between 1:30–5:00pm CET.

hirify.global is building a data stack for Physical AI, including an SDK viewer used by robotics and spatial AI teams and hirify.global Hub for managing large-scale data.

What you will do

• Build and run commercial pipeline through sourcing, outreach, and repeatable tooling.
• Support discovery calls, product demos, and deal progression with technical customers.
• Identify broken or missing processes and turn effective approaches into scalable operating motions.
• Write technical posts, documentation, tutorials, and launch materials.
• Turn rough ideas into finished content and projects in collaboration with the founders.
• Shape positioning, storytelling, and communication for a technical audience.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of commercial experience with evidence of independent execution.
• Experience owning and building a commercial initiative rather than only inheriting an existing process.
• Strong analytical and quantitative thinking, with genuine curiosity about technical products.
• Ability to work independently through ambiguous, unstructured problems and deliver finished outcomes.
• For the content-focused role, strong technical writing and the ability to explain technical ideas clearly to engineers.
• Comfort engaging deeply with technical subjects; an engineering degree is not required.
