Talent Acquisition Specialist (AI)

Location: Remote within the United States

Salary: $100,000–$120,000 annualized base salary, with equity; the initial 3-month contract rate is prorated.

What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting, including intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offers, and closing.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role scope and distinguish must-have from learnable requirements.
• Build and manage diverse candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing, referrals, and creative channels.
• Maintain a timely, informed candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Manage and optimize the ATS, including candidate tracking, reporting, and recruiting metrics.
• Improve hiring processes through documentation hygiene, structured debriefs, and consistent recruiting resources.

Requirements

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in-house or in a startup environment.
• Experience recruiting across multiple functions; strong technical recruiting experience is beneficial.
• Hands-on experience owning and improving an ATS and talent acquisition technology stack.
• Comfort working with ambiguity and shifting priorities in an early-stage company.
• Intellectual curiosity, adaptability, ownership, and urgency.
• Must be able to work remotely from within the United States.
