Full Cycle Technical Recruiter (AI)

What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for AI/ML, AI Product, and AI Platform engineering roles.
• Partner with engineering leadership to define hiring needs and interview processes.
• Build outbound strategies, market maps, and data-driven sourcing pipelines across competitive AI talent pools.
• Deliver a candidate experience aligned with the company’s mission and operating pace.
• Negotiate complex offers and compensation packages with executive and finance stakeholders.
• Represent the company at events, conferences, and online technical communities.

Requirements

• 3–6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in an agency or in-house environment.
• Experience recruiting for engineering or other technical roles.
• Successful hiring experience with AI/ML Engineers, Product Engineers, or Platform/Infrastructure Engineers.
• Ability to explain technical work through compelling candidate-facing narratives.
• Metrics-driven approach to building recruiting pipelines that convert.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.
