TL;DR

Senior Implementation Consultant – Retirement Solutions (AI/RPA): Delivering process improvement, automation, and implementation solutions for retirement services and recordkeeping operations with an accent on business analysis, requirements management, and stakeholder collaboration. Focus on designing AI-enabled and agentic workflows, supporting RPA solution delivery, and improving complex operational processes across enterprise platforms.

Location: Hybrid in Kansas City, Missouri; Braintree, Massachusetts; or Dublin, Ohio, United States

What you will do

Lead implementation and process improvement initiatives for retirement services operations.
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, operational teams, and technical resources.
Identify and design AI-enabled, agentic workflow, and intelligent automation solutions.
Perform business analysis, requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution documentation.
Support RPA solution design, project delivery, and implementation activities.
Collaborate cross-functionally using Agile methodologies to deliver operational transformation.

Requirements

Master’s degree with at least 1 year of related experience, or bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of related experience in retirement or financial services.
Retirement systems, recordkeeping, and retirement services operations knowledge.
Experience with SmartDesk TRAC and Chorus, or similar retirement servicing platforms.
Experience supporting AI, intelligent automation, agentic workflow, or digital transformation initiatives.
Strong business analysis, requirements management, implementation, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

Experience with SS&C, DST, BFDS, or related organizations.
Familiarity with UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Microsoft Power Automate, or Blue Prism.
CBAP, PMI-PBA, Agile, Scrum, or related certifications.
Knowledge of participant servicing, call center workflows, and retirement recordkeeping processes.
