What you will do

• Lead end-to-end AI strategy engagements including discovery, journey mapping, opportunity sizing, prioritization, and roadmap creation.
• Build business cases, prototypes, and proof-of-concepts to demonstrate value and align stakeholders.
• Partner with client SMEs to create AI-ready assets like prompt libraries and evaluation frameworks.
• Define governance for responsible AI, privacy, and human-in-the-loop controls.
• Facilitate executive briefings, workshops, and sprints to drive clarity and decisions.
• Mentor junior analysts and balance business value, feasibility, and timelines.

Requirements

• 5+ years in business analysis, management consulting, product strategy, or related role
• Deep understanding of AI concepts: LLMs, RAG, copilots, agents, evaluation frameworks, responsible AI.
• Experience prototyping and launching AI products/workflows with Microsoft Azure Foundry and Azure Foundry Agent Service.
• Demonstrated end-to-end discovery and strategy leadership: stakeholder interviews, journey mapping, roadmaps.
• Strong experience with prompt engineering, agent workflows, lightweight AI prototyping, and facilitating workshops.
• Practical knowledge of scaling from pilot: data readiness, change management, governance.

• Experience in consulting or client-facing environments.
• Familiarity with agentic frameworks.
