Manager, Integrated Planning and Scheduling (Electric Utilities)

Location: Dorchester, Massachusetts, United States. Travel between Massachusetts, Connecticut, and New Hampshire is required as necessary, with emergency restoration assignments outside normal responsibilities, work hours, and location.

Annual salary: $158,090–$175,650, plus potential incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Oversee the centralized Master Schedule and integrated work-planning process for Electric Operations.
• Develop annual resource plans, forecasts, staffing calculations, and schedules for internal and external resources.
• Coordinate engineering, design, planning, construction, maintenance, compliance, reliability, and new-business work plans.
• Maintain scheduling data integrity, standards, governance, and security levels in Primavera.
• Develop contractor strategies and coordinate with Supply Chain Management to ensure sufficient contractor capacity.
• Lead emergency restoration preparation, employee performance management, coaching, and staff development.

Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of transmission and distribution issues and activities in the electric utility industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• At least 10 years of related experience.
• Experience managing or supervising teams engaged in transmission, distribution, or related activities is preferred.
• Availability for emergency restoration assignments and travel between Massachusetts, Connecticut, and New Hampshire.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Engineering or an MBA.
