Project Manager (Electrical Construction)

Location: Hermiston, Oregon, United States; Workplace: On-site

Salary: $115,000–$180,000 annually

What you will do

• Manage electrical projects from planning and execution through cost tracking, closeout, and customer follow-up.
• Prepare monthly project status and percentage-of-completion reports.
• Perform detailed electrical take-offs and estimating, and make decisions about project cost, time, and performance.
• Build profitable projects, market services, and cross-sell integrated company solutions.
• Coordinate contractors, vendors, in-house operations, and the project workforce.
• Review master schedules with field leads and support short-interval scheduling and a safe work environment.

Requirements

• Five years of construction project experience in the regional market with a record of successful relationships and marketing skills.
• Ability to review electrical construction drawings and prepare cost estimates.
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes, construction methods, and construction scheduling.
• Ability to read, understand, and write contracts and detailed scope proposals.
• Strong computer skills, including Excel, Word, and estimating software; ConEst is a plus.
• Excellent communication, people, and negotiation skills.

Nice to have

• Prior semiconductor experience.
• Experience with ConEst estimating software.
