Project Manager (Electrical Construction)

Location: Hermiston, Oregon, United States; Workplace: On-site

Salary: $115,000–$180,000 annually, plus a discretionary year-end bonus.

What you will do

• Plan, execute, track costs, and close electrical projects.
• Prepare monthly project status details and percentage-of-completion reports.
• Perform detailed take-offs and estimating for electrical service, tenant improvement, light commercial, and light industrial work.
• Market and develop profitable projects while cross-selling integrated company solutions.
• Coordinate contractors, vendors, in-house operations, and the workforce.
• Support an injury-free work environment and safety culture.

Requirements

• Five years of construction project experience in the regional market with a record of successful relationships and marketing skills preferred.
• DDC/building automation controls experience required.
• Design/build experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes and construction methods.
• Ability to read, understand, and write contracts and detailed scope proposals.
• Experience with McCormick or other estimating software, plus strong skills in Excel, Word, and estimating tools.
