Project Manager (Electrical)

Location: Albany, Oregon, United States; Workplace: On-site

Salary: $115,000–$180,000 annually, plus a discretionary year-end bonus

What you will do

• Plan, execute, track costs, and close electrical projects.
• Prepare monthly project status and percentage-of-completion reports.
• Perform detailed take-offs and estimates for electrical service, tenant improvement, light commercial, and light industrial work.
• Develop profitable projects and make decisions about cost, schedule, and performance.
• Coordinate contractors, vendors, in-house operations, and the workforce.
• Support an injury-free work environment and safety culture.

Requirements

• Successful track record with comprehensive project management responsibilities.
• Experience managing project profitability, supervision, customer relations, fiscal matters, and contracts.
• Ability to perform electrical project take-offs and estimating.
• Ability to coordinate and direct workforces while managing project cost, time, and performance.
• Must work on-site in Albany, Oregon, United States.
