Senior Project Manager (Electrical Construction)

Location: On-site in Eugene, Albany, Salem, or Corvallis, Oregon, United States

Salary: $145,000–$185,000 annually, plus a discretionary year-end bonus

What you will do

• Lead the project team and oversee approximately 10 active electrical construction projects.
• Supervise Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers while coordinating with on-site foremen.
• Manage project planning, execution, cost tracking, reporting, and closure for projects up to $30 million.
• Control project cost, schedule, performance, quality assurance, and safety practices.
• Maintain relationships with owners, contractors, vendors, and internal operations.
• Identify future construction opportunities and support cross-selling of integrated company solutions.

Requirements

• At least 15 years of experience selling, estimating, and managing multi-million-dollar industrial construction or advanced technology projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering plus 10 years of construction project experience, or the stated equivalent combination of electrical foreman/general foreman and project management experience.
• Experience managing projects with 100,000 or more labor hours and relevant electrical subcontracting experience.
• Advanced knowledge of electrical codes, construction methods, heavy power distribution, instrumentation installation, process control, and system integration.
• Experience with project QA/QC, system turnover, labor and contract management, earned-value tracking, labor efficiency, and crew composite factors.
• Ability to complete detailed takeoffs and estimating for electrical projects.
