Finance Manager (LATAM)

Location: Remote from Colombia or Chile; workplace based in Colombia or Chile with remote working conditions.

What you will do

• Prepare, generate, and process invoices for LATAM operations.
• Reconcile invoices, payments, and financial records across accounts and systems.
• Maintain partner legal and financial data, validate banking details, and support accurate payment processing.
• Act as the finance contact for partners in new markets, including Mexico and Colombia.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve invoicing and payment issues.
• Analyse invoicing data, improve reporting accuracy, manage partner credit limits, and oversee early prepayment arrangements.

Requirements

• 6 years of experience in financial operations and payment processing.
• Foundational knowledge of accounting principles and familiarity with MFRS, NIF, and IFRS.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
• Familiarity with SQL and PostgreSQL.
• Must be based in Colombia or Chile.
• Applications must be submitted in English.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of payment service providers.
• Understanding of financial controlling processes.
• Experience with ERP systems such as DATEV, NetSuite, Xero, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Business Spanish proficiency.
