Risk Analyst / Risk Manager

TL;DR

Risk Analyst / Risk Manager (Finance/Risk): Identifying, assessing, and mitigating financial and operational risks to strengthen governance and support business decisions with an accent on quantitative analysis and control validation. Focus on building risk frameworks, performing stress testing, and delivering actionable insights to executive leadership.

What you will do

• Conduct enterprise-wide risk assessments across financial, operational, compliance, and cyber domains.
• Build and maintain quantitative risk models using SQL, Excel, Python, or R.
• Monitor regulatory compliance, support audits, and validate internal controls.
• Develop risk dashboards in Power BI, Tableau, or Looker to provide business insights.
• Collaborate with finance, IT, legal, and executive teams to improve governance.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in risk management, compliance, audit, or financial analysis.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and general data analysis.
• Experience with GRC platforms such as Archer, ServiceNow, or LogicManager.
• Familiarity with enterprise risk frameworks and regulatory requirements.
• Availability to work during U.S. Client Business Hours.

Nice to have

• Certifications: FRM, CFA, CPA, CCEP, or CRISC.
• Experience with VaR, Monte Carlo simulations, or stress testing.
• Background in Fintech, SaaS, Healthcare, or Insurance.
• Experience supporting executive or board-level reporting.
