Location: Tel Aviv, hybrid

What you will do
- Design, build, and scale the core infrastructure at the heart of the product.
- Refine system architecture and establish high technical standards.
- Develop features for high-scale systems in the AI era.
- Collaborate with R&D, product, and other teams on cross-platform features.
- Improve development processes, tools, and frameworks.
- Mentor team members and lead engineering initiatives.
Requirements
- 6+ years of backend engineering experience in an agile environment.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Copilot or Cursor.
- Experience with traffic-intensive systems or big data processing.
- BSc in Computer Science from a leading institute or equivalent experience.
- Extensive experience with Python or another equivalent high-level language.
- Experience with distributed microservices, databases and database modeling, API design, and cloud environments such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
