Senior Backend Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Architect and build core backend infrastructure, databases, and new services in Python.
• Integrate complex algorithm modules with the system architecture in partnership with scientific and data teams.
• Develop end-to-end features that improve and scale platform solutions.
• Collaborate with frontend and algorithm engineers, product managers, UX/UI designers, and medical specialists.
• Tackle complex engineering challenges related to AI-powered healthcare diagnostics.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience designing and building large-scale, production-ready systems.
• Python development and system design expertise required.
• Linux, RESTful APIs, and relational or non-relational databases required.
• B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or an equivalent technical field.
• Experience with cloud microservices, distributed architecture, and AWS.
• Practical experience with CI/CD tools and practices, including Docker, Kubernetes, and Jenkins.

Nice to have

• Experience in a high-growth Healthcare IT environment.
• Experience working with AI tools.
