Software Engineer (Python)

Location: Tel Aviv, Israel; office-based role

What you will do

• Build and scale backend systems for customer-facing products and internal cybersecurity and insurance tools.
• Collaborate with Cyber Researchers, Data Scientists, Data Engineers, and R&D teams.
• Use AI in development workflows and production solutions.
• Own business-critical software problems from design through deployment, monitoring, and iteration.
• Write tested, organized, and robust code for a growing international organization.
• Maintain production services, respond to bugs, and collaborate across engineering teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on backend engineering experience with strong Python proficiency.
• Experience designing and building large-scale, production-grade platforms.
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity and networking concepts.
• Strong experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English.

Nice to have

• Experience with Go, AWS or other cloud environments, microservices architecture, and NoSQL databases such as Elasticsearch or DynamoDB.
• Experience collaborating with research or data science teams.
