What you will do

• Develop and maintain scalable backend services within a microservices architecture using Java/Spring Boot and Python.
• Design and build enterprise-scale data pipelines and ETL workflows to ingest and unify data from diverse sources.
• Lead complex projects from initial technical design through deployment, monitoring performance, reliability, and cost.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners, including product managers, UX designers, and other engineers.
• Serve as a technical anchor, setting engineering standards and driving best practices across the codebase.

Requirements

• 5+ years of proven backend software engineering experience shipping complex SaaS solutions in production.
• Proficiency in Java/Spring Boot or a comparable high-level backend language.
• Hands-on experience with data-intensive systems, ETL pipelines, and big data stores.
• Proficiency in high-scale cloud architecture, including Docker, Kubernetes, and workflow orchestration.
• Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and their application in functional domains.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Ramat Gan, Israel.

Nice to have

• Experience optimizing backend infrastructure for LLM workflows, RAG platforms, or AI security analytics.
• Previous experience as a team lead or tech lead.
• B.Sc. in Computer Science or a related field.
