Principal Tech Lead (Backend Oriented)

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end architecture, scalability, resilience, and performance of distributed backend systems.
• Design, build, and maintain backend engines, complex data pipelines, and high-throughput production systems for Intelligence products.
• Champion Agentic Engineering workflows, tools, and solutions across the development lifecycle.
• Design frameworks that enable autonomous AI agents to build, test, and deploy features with rigorous quality gates and production guardrails.
• Coordinate multiple parallel technical projects while maintaining execution velocity.
• Lead backend guild sessions, mentor senior and staff engineers, and promote technical knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Proven experience designing and scaling complex, large-scale distributed production systems under heavy load.
• Deep technical expertise in backend architecture, scalability, data-intensive workloads, and production systems.
• Practical familiarity with Agentic Engineering concepts, tools, LLM APIs, orchestration frameworks, and prompt-to-production approaches.
• Strong architectural problem-solving skills and the ability to serve as a technical authority across engineering projects.
• Experience mentoring senior technical talent and leading engineering communities.
