What you will do

• Own the end-to-end design, scalability, and performance of complex backend distributed systems.
• Champion and embed Agentic SDLC paradigms, tools, and frameworks to enable autonomous AI agents in the engineering lifecycle.
• Orchestrate multiple highly technical parallel projects and engineering streams simultaneously.
• Lead backend guild sessions and mentor senior and staff engineers to elevate collective capabilities.
• Execute critical-path technical tasks with high velocity and peak operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven track record of designing and scaling large-scale distributed production systems under heavy load.
• Practical familiarity with Agentic Engineering concepts, LLM APIs, orchestration frameworks, and prompt-to-production paradigms.
• Deep technical expertise and the ability to serve as the premier architectural authority within a group.
• Passion for cultivating talent and driving internal knowledge-sharing frameworks.
• Must be based in Tel Aviv, Israel for a hybrid work arrangement.
