Reliability Engineer III (Biomanufacturing)

Salary: $85,000–$122,500 per year

What you will do

• Develop and execute equipment reliability strategies for packaging and inspection assets.
• Monitor OEE, MTBF, and MTTR data to identify performance improvements and maintain reliability dashboards and KPIs.
• Develop, optimize, and review preventive and predictive maintenance plans.
• Lead root cause investigations, corrective and preventive actions, and permanent fixes for recurring equipment failures.
• Define spare parts strategies, maintain SAP material master data and BOMs, and assess consumption and lead-time risks.
• Provide reliability input for equipment design, FAT/SAT, commissioning, lifecycle planning, shutdowns, and cross-functional maintenance programs.

Requirements

• Significant reliability experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in production, maintenance, project leadership, and/or engineering improvements.
• Strong mechanical and technical aptitude.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related science is preferred.
• In-depth CMMS knowledge and experience in a regulated or cGMP environment are preferred.
• CRE, CRL, and/or CMRP certification is preferred.
