What you will do

• Serve as the key technical advisor and SME for the hirify.global contact center to support sales, RFP, and operations teams.
• Conduct charismatic product demonstrations to prospects and partners to showcase the value of cloud technology.
• Collaborate with sales engineering and product management to deliver Proof of Concepts (POCs) and trials.
• Prepare detailed specification documents for the Professional Services implementation team.
• Create training content and best practices for building applications on the platform.
• Communicate customer needs and product feedback directly to Engineering and Product Management.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent professional work experience.
• Must reside in the United States.
• Strong ability to communicate complex technical ideas to both technical and C-level audiences.
• Experience with APIs is considered a plus.
• Positive, "can-do" attitude with a focus on simplicity and teamwork.
