Product Manager (CIAM)

Location: Office - Boise, United States; work from home on Fridays

What you will do

• Own the CIAM product roadmap across authentication, authorization, SSO, user lifecycle management, and identity governance.
• Engage enterprise clients, gather feedback, and translate customer needs into roadmap priorities.
• Expand the shared services portfolio and lead discovery, definition, and launch of new platform services.
• Manage a multi-service backlog covering client requests, operational work, platform health, and strategic capabilities.
• Define requirements, user stories, epics, acceptance criteria, and service success metrics.
• Collaborate with engineering on architecture, integrations, operational resilience, incident response, and release communications.

Requirements

• Strong CIAM and identity expertise, including OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, SSO, user lifecycle management, and identity security.
• Experience owning shared services or platform products for external clients and internal product teams.
• Experience with client discovery, stakeholder alignment, systems thinking, technical product discussions, and complex backlog prioritization in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including translating technical decisions for clients and business stakeholders.
• Experience defining service-level metrics and using data to inform roadmap decisions.
• Engineering or related bachelor's or master's degree and 4+ years of relevant experience; active use of AI tools such as Claude or Copilot is expected.
