Lead Product Manager (IAM)

Location: Westminster, Colorado, United States; in office 4 days a week and 1 day from home

Salary: $170,600–$234,600 per year; bonus eligible

What you will do

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for identity and access management capabilities across hirify.global's ecosystem.
• Define enterprise organization and multi-tenancy models, including nested organizations, delegated administration, policy overrides, roles, and permissions.
• Lead SCIM 2.0 product management, including data models, API contracts, user and group provisioning, synchronization reliability, conflict resolution, and de-provisioning.
• Drive integrations with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, Auth0, Google Workspace, and other identity providers.
• Define SAML 2.0 and OIDC/OAuth 2.0 federation, SSO, JIT provisioning, attribute mapping, signed assertions, and encrypted token flows.
• Write PRDs and user stories, coordinate with engineering, security, legal, compliance, sales, and customer success, and track IAM adoption and reliability metrics.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience focused on IAM, developer infrastructure, or enterprise SaaS.
• Expert knowledge of SCIM 2.0, SAML 2.0, OIDC, and OAuth 2.0.
• Experience defining complex enterprise-scale multi-tenancy and organization structures.
• Technical fluency in API documentation, authentication flows, and system architecture diagrams.
• Ability to work onsite in Westminster, Colorado, 4 days per week, with 1 day from home; travel requirement is 10%.
• Ability to collaborate on SOC 2, ISO 27001, and applicable data residency requirements.

Nice to have

• Experience building enterprise IAM from the ground up or working with Okta and Google Workspace.
• Knowledge of Zero Trust architecture or Privileged Access Management.
• CIAM or CISSP certification.
