Lead Product Manager – Identity & Access Management (Cybersecurity)

Location: Westminster, Colorado, United States. Hybrid schedule: in office 4 days a week and 1 day from home; 10% travel required.

Salary: $170,600–$234,600 annually; bonus eligible.

What you will do

• Own the product strategy and execution for organizations, enterprise tenants, nested sub-organizations, delegated administration, policy overrides, roles, and permissions.
• Lead SCIM 2.0 product management, including Users, Groups, custom schemas, API contracts, provisioning, deprovisioning, conflict resolution, reliability, documentation, and onboarding.
• Define integrations with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, Auth0, and mixed on-premises and cloud directory environments.
• Lead federation and SSO capabilities using SAML 2.0, OIDC, and OAuth 2.0, including SP-initiated and IdP-initiated flows, JIT provisioning, attribute mapping, signed assertions, encrypted tokens, and custom claims.
• Own the multi-year IAM roadmap and drive uniform authorization patterns across products while balancing strategic investments with customer needs.
• Write PRDs and user stories, collaborate with engineering, security, legal, compliance, sales, and customer success, and track adoption, SSO coverage, sync reliability, and provisioning error metrics.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience focused on IAM, developer infrastructure, or enterprise SaaS.
• Expert-level knowledge of SCIM 2.0, SAML 2.0, OIDC, and OAuth 2.0.
• Proven experience defining complex multi-tenancy models and organization structures at enterprise scale.
• Technical fluency in API documentation, authentication flows, and system architecture diagrams.

Nice to have

• Experience building enterprise-grade IAM from the ground up or working with Okta and Google Workspace.
• Knowledge of Zero Trust architecture principles or Privileged Access Management.
• Professional security certifications such as CIAM or CISSP.
