Product Manager (AI Security)

What you will do

• Own product strategy and execution from customer insight through roadmap delivery.
• Work with security and engineering teams at enterprise and startup customers to validate product direction.
• Architect a platform that unifies human and non-human identity governance across on-premise Active Directory, cloud IAM, SaaS applications, and AI agents.
• Lead the evolution from a fast, flexible product to an enterprise-grade platform at scale.
• Define Opal's position as an authorization intelligence layer and shape the AI-native IAM category.
• Partner with engineering on technical strategy and high-performing product delivery.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience.
• Experience owning highly technical products or solutions in the security space.
• Track record of building 1-to-n products and scaling them.
• Ability to drive high-performing engineering output.
• Comfort with technical architecture, API strategy, developer experience, business outcomes, and ambiguous product problems.
• Computer science degree or equivalent practical engineering knowledge.
