Principal Product Manager - Customer Identity and Access Management (IAM)

What you will do

• Evolve the product vision and roadmap for the enterprise IAM platform, including authentication, authorization, federation, privileged access, and identity lifecycle management.
• Translate complex business and security requirements into product strategies, prioritized features, and measurable outcomes.
• Partner with cybersecurity, engineering, legal, compliance, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable and secure IAM capabilities.
• Lead cross-functional teams through discovery, design, delivery, and performance measurement.
• Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and threat landscapes to maintain a modern and compliant platform.
• Define KPIs, optimize IAM services, and mentor junior product managers in the IAM domain.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience, including at least 3 years in identity and access management or security-related domains.
• Deep knowledge of IAM protocols and technologies, including SAML, OIDC, OAuth, MFA, SCIM, PAM, RBAC, and ABAC.
• Experience delivering IAM solutions at enterprise scale in B2C and/or B2E environments.
• Strong strategic thinking, communication, stakeholder management, and roadmap-alignment skills.
• Experience driving initiatives in complex, regulated environments and meeting requirements such as GDPR and CCPA.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or equivalent experience.
