Forward Deployed Engineer (AI)

Location: New York, NY; on-site in person 5 days per week

Salary: $175,000–$290,000 per year, plus equity and bonus

What you will do

• Own end-to-end implementation of custom integrations for strategic customers.
• Architect and build workflows and tooling tailored to enterprise needs.
• Collaborate directly with technical teams and executives to scope problems and ship solutions.
• Develop performant agentic systems operating over large corpora of unstructured data.
• Work across backend services, frontend applications, and infrastructure.
• Feed product insights back to the core team based on field experience.

Requirements

• Strong programming fundamentals and computer science knowledge.
• Proficiency in Python and TypeScript.
• Comfort with ambiguity and context-switching across multiple customer engagements.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical complexity to non-technical stakeholders.
• Previous startup or high-intensity experience is valued.
