Forward Deployed Engineer (AI)

Location: In person in Flatiron, New York City, 5 days a week

Compensation: $100K–$300K per year, plus equity

What you will do

• Embed directly with internal hirify.global teams and learn their workflows in depth.
• Build AI agents that offload entire jobs and automate knowledge-work processes.
• Design new infrastructure, interfaces, and operating models for human-agent collaboration.
• Develop systems such as autonomous software factories and AI-powered customer relationship workflows.
• Experiment with coding agents and incorporate learnings into team processes.
• Take ownership of outcomes for the team where you are embedded.

Requirements

• First-principles thinking and the ability to decompose novel problems without an established playbook.
• Strong systems thinking, technical skill, communication ability, agency, and product judgment.
• Customer obsession and a strong focus on measurable outcomes.
• Interest in experimenting with AI agents and applying them to real-economy problems.
• Availability to work onsite in Flatiron, NYC five days per week.
