TL;DR
Senior IT Manager (Identity, Automation, and Zero Trust): Building an AI-first IT operation for approximately 800 employees and enterprise-grade identity, endpoint, and SaaS governance systems with an accent on Okta, Jamf, zero-trust access, and operational scale. Focus on designing self-service IT, leading major incidents, governing a 200+ application portfolio, and building a globally distributed IT organization.
Location: Remote in NAMER
Salary: United States $191.5K–$287.3K; Canada CA$174.2K–CA$261.2K annually

What you will do
- Lead an AI-first IT operation supporting approximately 800 employees, including onboarding, offboarding, self-service provisioning, and proactive remediation.
- Architect identity, endpoint management, and zero-trust access using Okta, Jamf, and enterprise access controls.
- Govern a portfolio of more than 200 SaaS applications with vendor management, ROI accountability, and FinOps discipline.
- Lead high-severity IT incident response, root-cause analysis, and prevention initiatives.
- Translate company strategy around enterprise growth, AI, and scale into an IT roadmap and operational results.
- Build and lead a tiered, globally distributed IT organization of approximately six people while partnering with Security, Legal, Finance, Product, and Engineering.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in IT or Systems Engineering, including 3+ years managing engineers.
- Hands-on expertise with Okta, including SSO, SCIM, OIDC, SAML, MFA, RBAC/ABAC, and lifecycle automation.
- Hands-on expertise with Jamf, device trust, EDR, and SaaS governance at scale.
- Experience partnering with Security on zero trust, enterprise access controls, SOC 2 Type 2, ISO 27001, controls, and evidence.
- Experience with IT strategy, SLAs, metrics, major-incident response, SaaS spend optimization, and ROI.
- Ability to work remotely in NAMER and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and enterprise IT buyers.
Nice to have
- Okta, Jamf, Apple Deployment, CISSP, CISM, Security+, CCSP, CISA, ISO 27001, AWS, ITIL, PMP, or equivalent certifications.
- Experience scaling IT in a high-growth, fully remote company.
