Senior Technical Account Manager (Fintech)

Location: United States — Remote

Salary: $124,800–$190,000 per year, depending on geographic market, experience, and role.

What you will do

• hirify.global technical implementations for new partners from contract signature through go-live.
• Act as the primary technical contact for partner data integration and ongoing integration support.
• Coordinate onboarding work across Product, Engineering, Program Management, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Accounting.
• Define internal processes, product examples, documentation, and other resources to improve onboarding efficiency.
• Manage multiple engagements, escalations, scope changes, project quality, timelines, risks, and performance.
• Help build the partner implementation function from 0 to 1, including its culture, processes, and identity.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in solution architecture, data integration, or partner delivery.
• Ability to understand, visualize, and document client product structures and map them to internal data models for cards, transactions, and loans.
• Strong knowledge of SFTP, APIs, HTTP, REST, SOAP, and OAuth.
• Experience presenting technical solutions to diverse stakeholder groups.
• Experience managing projects with multiple requirements and agendas while maintaining plans and agreed schedules.
• Knowledge of financial services and the fintech ecosystem, including legal, compliance, underwriting, and risk-management considerations.
