Senior Director, Strategic Finance & Corporate Development

What you will do

• Partner with the CEO, CFO, and executive leadership to provide financial insights for strategic decisions.
• Build and refine the corporate financial model supporting budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Prepare quarterly and ad hoc reporting for executive leadership, the Audit Committee, and the Board.
• Develop financial models, valuation analyses, and business cases for investments, strategic initiatives, capital allocation, and transactions.
• Analyze market trends, competitive dynamics, and industry opportunities to inform long-term growth strategy.
• Mentor Strategic Finance team members and improve planning, reporting, automation, and decision-support processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA is preferred.
• 8–12+ years of progressive finance leadership experience with an investment banking background.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience building complex financial models and spreadsheets.
• Strong understanding of financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and control processes.
• Ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights and present to C-level executives, Board members, and external stakeholders.
• Experience in a public company environment and familiarity with SEC reporting requirements.

Nice to have

• Experience with international finance, global teams, and cross-border financial operations.
• MBA or CPA qualification.
